I got my wedding dress alterations done here by Valentina and it was an excellent experience. All staff were extremely kind and friendly and Valentina in particular was amazing! She did a beautiful job on my dress (which had some very detailed lace), listening to my requests and concerns and making adjustments at each appointment until it fit perfectly for my big day. Valentina did an amazing job altering my wedding dress from a size 12 to a size 2! She is very detail oriented and made sure that the dress fit perfectly.

Sword Furs came as the top recommendation from the shop I got my wedding dress at. I emailed them and got an appointment right away. I had 3 fittings and then picked up my dress a couple days before my wedding. The staff was so kind and Valentina had my dress fitting perfectly. They had my dress and my veil steamed and ready to go when I picked it up!
Terrible service! Had my jacket in for cleaning and repairs. Over 3 months later not one thing was done. I had to contact store. It would probably still be hanging untouched. Very unreliable.
