These guys stand up to their warranty and customer service! I needed a replacement part and it was shipped immediately. AURIC was amazing and he even helped walk me through (via ft) along with his coworker VICTOR how to attach it. THANK YOU! I love my 24” wide Swopt sweeper.
orderd the standard garage cleaning kit. When order arrived the hand broom head was missing. I immediately emailed support letting them know of the issue and waited 3 days with no response before calling and being told the plant was closed for the day and someone would get in contact with me the next day. Well 3 days later again and still havent heard anything. This is sad because I am happy with the products I received, but the terrible customer servuce has left me with a negative view of the company.
Awesome customer service. Half of my order got lost in the mail or delayed. I contacted SWOPT. They replied within minutes, and sent out replacements without a hassle.
The cleaning handle with changeable heads is great. No need to have numerous tools when you can share one or two handles and a variety of cleaning heads. Saves space and time. Thank you.
