Went in to have vibration while driving issue looked at. Car never made it off the lot. I have GPS tracking on the car. Tech said he took it for a spin and did not notice anything.... that's because he never test drove it.
Kind, fast, and professional, but do NOT trust their estimates. More than a 74% mark up from their estimate to the final bill- this was even after identifying an incorrectly labeled part and them being kind enough to offer a military discount. Poor business practice that lures customers into agreeing to work and then charging higher amounts.
Toyota Service by friendly people brings me back. The prices are up-front and comparable to most dealer service businesses. The technicians are always friendly and professional.
