I've lived here for 3 & a half years. It's clean no bugs. Or rats. They keep it up very well. I love it here. But be careful keep your personal information and life to yourself. But that's in most places. They have art class and yoga,and have guests in for different subjects.they also have a case worker who helps every way she can . God Bless .
