Very disappointing service visit on 1/7/26. First off, I am currently on my 3rd new vehicle purchase from here, so I have obviously have had no problems in the past. My recent trip to the service department, on 1/7/26, however, was easily the most disappointing and quite frankly, upsetting experience I have ever had with any service department before.
