I always see so many people complaining about phones not being answered. I dont think everyone realizes that it use to be only one person trying to do EVERYTHING at the front desk. That does not just mean answering phones. There is so much more work that goes in other than just needing to answer phones As long as you actually leave a voice mail and make sure you leave a call back number you will get help from someone.
