I have been a patient with Dr Golon for over 20yrs and her staff has been phenomenal. However when they did the switch to go under Swope health it sounded great. Swope would be kind respectful take care of their employees so the employees could continue to take great care of the children however it was completely opposite. Now due to Swope not caring about anything other than money and who they want in their clinic our Dr and her staff are leaving. Dr. Heidgen is amazing. She takes her time, is extremely professional, very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable.
Dr. Kahle is great but the receptionist and the bleach blonde cna/nurse however, not the friendliest. They could also use some hand sanitizer in the waiting area. The office walls are COVERED in random photos and frames and junk collecting dust, so it doesn't feel very clean in there. They have everything from baby pictures from floor to ceiling on a wall, to half naked cheerleading pictures framed on the wall.
Dr Kahle is great, good with babies and easy to get an appointment with. I would definitely recommend him.
Alice was great. The customer service was excellent and the room was extremely clean. Me and my wife stayed there on our anniversary and the jacuzzi room was perfect! Would recommend this for anyone wanting a romantic space.
