Front desk kinda rude. Big clean lobby. Should've had records released before appt so we could go from there. Dr's nurse very friendly as well as Dr. Nurses station was empty...weird. I'll go again becuz of DR. But will gladly find a diff PCP if I have to.
Dr.Shelby Massey is the best doctor that I've ever had in my life and I love her so much she definitely deserves an award for being the best doctor! I will definitely be her patient from here on out i refuse to see anyone else! I finally have a primary care physician! I'm so happy that I've found her!!
Waited over an hour in their lobby after one of the worst check in processes. Walked out and wasn't seen. I could understand if I was a walk-in but I made this appointment a month prior. Not to mention they lock people out of the restroom, I just feel patient care is abysmal here
