I am currently on hold for 1 hour 7 minutes at #1 spot in the que and still holding.
Its 432pm my appt was at 325pm still have not seen the doctor this is stupid just to give blood sugars.... you have to do better
Dr Massey is fantastic, the front office staff on the other hand... I have been trying to call for two days, i have spent over two hours on hold, i have done the "get a call back" thing three times, only got one call back and they immediately transferred me to voicemail, which i left a detailed message and never got a call back. After 5 calls, 3 requests for call back and one very detailed message left i have yet ro get a call back or even manage to speak to someone for an appointment. Its frustrating and unnecessary. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor that takes the time not just to medicate it also to educate
The dr is great, the nurses are nice. They prescribed me blood pressure medicine and it took almost a week for them to send it to the pharmacy. They had also given me anxiety meds that made me uncontrollably sick and called to see if I could get something for nausea. They didn’t call me back for 2 weeks! I had already stopped taking it at that point because it was so bad. I’m going to run out of my blood pressure medicine before my appointment coming up because I can’t talk to anyone to see if I can get my refill! I really l... read more
