I love Dr Massey! She listens and explains things. I feel like she genuinely wants to help me, not just shut me up and move on to the next person. BUT....... I know all medical facilities have issues with staffing right now but this goes beyond that. 3+weeks for return calls IF it's returned at all. I'm staying because it is hard to find a Dr you like and trust but I'm hoping it gets better. They desperately need more nursing staff.
