After having favorable experiences at the Swope Toyota Service Department in Elizabethtown, I expected similar results with Swope Collision across the street. Very satisfied with the repair work done here. They completed the job pretty fast and kept the overall costs reasonably priced compared to other quotes in the area. The bodywork looks great, paint match is spot-on, and the staff was professional throughout.

I'm going to be fair here, I've done this kind of work myself. I brought my car in to have my front bumper repainted after wrap pulled paint off (different shop painted it originally), due to bad prep. They claimed I must've wrapped it too early; I didn't as it had been around 8 months before I wrapped it. I haven't wrapped it again, though it's been long enough, but now I need it repaired because the paint has rubbed through to bare bumper in spots. What caused it? Extremely poor communication throughout the process of my vehicle being repaired. Anytime I wanted something, I had to call them and wait on hold for someone to call someone else. Parts on backorder had no resolution. I asked when it would be delivered and was always told "soon" without a confirmation of shipping or timeliness - just a lot of guesses when it would be ready.
