DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Absolutely worst management, and vehicle took 8 days for 3.2 hours of labor to replace a truck headlight ONLY. Took 2 months to get vehicle in and it is worse now. Btw, all parts to get access to light were already taken off. First estimate 7k, 2nd 3k, and final 11k to fix.
Their moto should be “the bare minimum” the fixed my vehicle and nothing more. The tires were low the windshield was dirty. Jacob the service manager told me “it’s not our responsibility” when I bring up any issues I’m having. My vehicle goes which I’m happy about but I had to have the rest of the work done elsewhere.
I want to say, that they did an amazing job, on fixing my car!! It looks as new, as it was, when we bought the car from them at the end of January, I believe it was.. (someone hit it shortly after we bought it and caused $10,000 worth of damage so they fixed it) but I am absolutely pleased with how my car is looking and we actually have to send it back again for something else.
