Extremely poor communication throughout the process of my vehicle being repaired. Anytime I wanted something, I had to call them and wait on hold for someone to call someone else. Parts on backorder had no resolution. I asked when it would be delivered and was always told "soon" without a confirmation of shipping or timeliness - just a lot of guesses when it would be ready. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Absolutely worst management, and vehicle took 8 days for 3.2 hours of labor to replace a truck headlight ONLY. Took 2 months to get vehicle in and it is worse now. Btw, all parts to get access to light were already taken off. First estimate 7k, 2nd 3k, and final 11k to fix.
Their moto should be “the bare minimum” the fixed my vehicle and nothing more. The tires were low the windshield was dirty. Jacob the service manager told me “it’s not our responsibility” when I bring up any issues I’m having. My vehicle goes which I’m happy about but I had to have the rest of the work done elsewhere.
