Great company
The worst company ever do not waste your money. Use a different business that actually knows about business. I hired this company for my event on Sunday September the 1st. They never showed up. They took my deposit and then showed up 2 hours later and stated that if I wanted them to stay longer I would have to pay them. I am reporting them to the BBB. Hopefully they'll close soon
I made a reservation via thumbtack. They insist that their policy of sending one text message the evening before which if you miss, they will reschedule if necessary. Of course I had a very clear conversation with them how important it was to do this. Not having movers show up is a very difficult situation. Be very wary. I fell for this group because of good reviews. But the fact that they actually insist one text messages enough for a confirmation is bizarre
