Went to 2 other shops in joplin before I ended up at swmo vape shop....glad I did....being new to vaping it was all overwhelming with all the different types and options there are.....Jason was the one who answered all my questions helped me get exactly what I was looking for walked me through the process of how everything works....the other employees that I had interactions with were all super nice as well....will definitely keep my business here....
Every time I come in there are always friendly people. Love the environment and the customer service is always excellent! Definitely the only place in town I go to.
My husband and I are from Kansas City and stopped in here while in town this past weekend. We loved the help we received. The woman that helped us was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions. Not to mention their house juices were all great. We will definitely be coming back for any of our needs next time we are in town. :)
