Best experience I have had renting in all of Kansas City. The office is always quick to respond to any work orders or issues my wife and I have had. Erin in the office is so nice she always says hi to us by name. The property really feels like a shining star in Kansas City.

Great place, nice neighborhood, quiet place and alot of good history behind the building If in Kansas city mo you need a nice affordable and luxury place this is it for you even a good place for your kiddos
Lived here since July and love it! Very quiet and the neighborhood is fantastic! Plus membership to the KC community centers! Erin is a great property manager as well!
