Just renewed my lease at West Side Lofts and will now be going on my third year here. My apartment is great, and management keeps the building in very good condition. The apartments themselves have unique layouts in an old school building. It’s a very cool atmosphere in an awesome neighborhood that is near downtown and the Crossroads. Your experience and input were awesome and a breath of fresh air and I love that you run the show. Everything about the apartment felt unique, especially the location and neighborhood. I know my daughter will appreciate that more than she knows and she is so excited and I'm glad she has found her new home in KC!
I lived here a year ago, a sharp rent increase forced me out, but after some changes the management team was nice while I was there. Erin especially was great, I blame ownership more than anything. Really cool building to live in, and wonderful neighborhood.
We just signed a lease today on site. I’m usually not easily impressed by apartment tours and have been to MANY over the years…. But from walking in the door I knew that this place was home. Erin is incredibly authentic, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. We are so excited!
Anyone looking for reasonably priced apartments in a great location have finally found their place. Westside lofts building is amazing and the amenities are great. Depending on your specific apartment, you may be lucky to have an amazing view of Liberty Memorial. The surrounding community is fantastic! There’s a library, a community center, a plant shop (my fav), and some really good restaurants right up the street; plus, crossroads district is right there as well!
