David does a fantastic job in every aspect. He has a broad and very detailed knowledge of phone systems. His works is always accurate, timely, effective,and neat. David Switzer has done a GREAT job with the Nortel phone system. David did everything and even went beyond to make sure it is what we wanted/needed for our business. Telephone and e-mail support is always available, with quick response time for any issue. If on-sight assistance is required, it is provided right away. We wouldn't use anyone else!
We used Switzer Communications to install a new Nortel phone system. Their service was excellent and they went over and beyond to ensure we got the system we needed that fit our needs. They also spent whatever time was necessary in training our employees on the new phones.
