My rating is not about Dr Swiitzer, whom I believe is an excellent physician, but about getting through to the office. This past week, I have tried 85 times, with no luck. The phone goes directly to voicemail, Wed and Fri message was the day before date. Not sure how you would ever change/confirm an appointment, very frustrating.
Be forewarned that no one answers the phone. Perhaps over a period of a few days if you average 30 calls per day you might get lucky. You cannot leave a voice message, and there is no email address. If you have instructions to call the office three weeks before your procedure, failing which your procedure will be cancelled, start early!!! Be prepared to figure out how to send a fax from a computer, or just get in the car and show up at the office. Don't wait until exactly 3 weeks before your appointment. No take phone. no take massage no take care.
I have been calling this clinic within business hours for the past 5 days. Every single time without fail I get sent straight to voicemail. The voicemail lists their “regular clinic hours” but that’s not true as they haven’t answered the phone since Wednesday. The letter I was sent tells me I have to confirm an appointment within 2 weeks. They have now not answered long enough that my appointment is only 12 days away and I still have no phone call back, no answers on anything and no appointment confirmation.
