Great friendly staff, amazing workmanship and repair!!!
I brought my car in for a simple nail puncture repair. To patch it from the inside, their technician had to unmount the tire from the alloy wheel. During this process, they carelessly tore a massive strip out of the inner liner bead, completely destroying an expensive tire. You can see exposed structural cords in attached photo. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the staff tried to blame Mississauga Volkswagen. This makes zero sense. I had an amazing experience with Shahid Sha as he knew his stuff, he was very helpful, very courteous, he clearly explained the work that needed to be done and he clearly answered all of my questions. He also kept me advised of the progress of the repairs and the work was completed on time. Based on my personal experience I would highly recommend Switchtire and Brake.

Brought my mother in law's CRV here for a brake inspection. I arrived almost at the end of the business day and instead of turning me away, the service rep brought the vehicle in to be inspected to see what it needs with respect to the rear brakes. Within 30 minutes the general manager had a report ready and went over everything that they found with me.
