A truly amazing company. So helpful and willing to solve any issues that come up . I bought Artisic Nail Design Putty and Dadi Oil from these guys and they not only had the best prices I could find anywhere online but also offered me free ongoing technical support on their hotline. They even had one of their many educators , a TAFE trainer call me directly to assist me when I had an application issue. Waiting for my educational kit that was purchased 14th of July. Now august 8th and 2 afterpay payments later still left with no kit. Absolutely horrible customer service! Nobody knows what they are doing and cant give an answer. Do not appreciate the lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Will not be returning as a customer.

I purchased my Tafe kit 2 weeks ago (others in my class have been waiting 3+ weeks) and our kits are yet to arrive. We have contacted multiple times with empty promises that it will arrive next week, tomorrow etc. Half of our class has kits yet the other does not which has meant those of us without are behind and have had less practice. I do not recommend anyone to purchase a kit from this company.
