David from Switched on attended to repair my bath shower control. He is really experienced and also corrected the knob handle positions for an effective control.
Devon was a star from beginning to end. I was given a morning slot between 8am-12pm and he made sure to call when he was 30mins away so that I was able to run errands nearby. He was very polite, friendly and considerate: asked if he should take his shoes off before entering the appartement, explained exactly what he was going to do and took pictures before he moved any furniture so that he could replace everything back as it was. Will definitely be asking for him in the future and strongly recommend his services!
I have deliberated for some time before leaving this review, but as a client I do feel very let down. The scope of the work was very clear - to increase water flow to the back garden and having scoped the work in advance, the advice was to convert from an open vented system to a sealed system to increase water pressure. This job was completed swiftly and professionally and indeed increased pressure within the house, but sadly made no change to being able to water the garden effectively.
