My family has gone to the Switchback Medical Center since the early 1980's. My parents, sisters and my children when they were young. I am now 64 and I see Dr Rice ( now Scheffner -she has gone back to her maiden name). She is wonderful and very kind! I never have a long wait. I know someone complained on Yelp it took forever to see a PA in 2019. It has never happened to me so take that complaint with a grain of salt. I would recommend this Doctor's office.
