Great experience! The staff were super kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. They did an excellent and very fast job fixing my bike. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
My daughter with cerebral palsy has an adaptive tricycle that began having issues with the chain disengaging within a closed drive train. After trying another bike shop closer to home, they said they didn't have any experience with things like this and couldn't guarantee fixing it while also charging what seemed like a high rate.
