This place Rocks. They patiently worked with me in finding a good fit for my first full suspension mountain Bike. They worked with me to make adjustments to the bike to accommodate some back pain I experience when biking. They then got my wife’s bike fixed up on short notice so that we were all set for an upcoming trip. Highly recommended!! Thanks for all the patience and help Ryan!!

They absolutely made my (vintage) mtn bike function better than it has ever in its history. Very reasonable pricing for the work I had scheduled for my bikes. Ryan definitely could've charged me more for the the service i had scheduled based on their standard pricing, but instead charged work only by what I needed. Definitely a return customer.

There are a few things to say about Switchback. First and most importantly the bike selection is exactly the right amount. If you're looking for a really wide variety, use the Internet and find another local shop. These guys have a few brands that they use, trust and believe in. There was no overwhelming feeling of which bike to choose. They were so confident about exactly which bike was right for me that I was completely confident in my purchase.
