They immediately told me to find somewhere else. If you are not a top 10 percenter with perfect health, don't bother, based on the conversation I had with the person from here. They did not even bother to see me in person to give me a fitness test. Places like this are why people leave crossfit.
The noise can be a bit unbearable living next door. We were happy the noise would stop at 10 pm but it's a Sunday night and 11 08 pm and they are dropping weights that shake the apartment when deadlifting and the music is still up pretty loud and I can hear the conversation. Thin walls I understand but after 11 pm is crazy.
Joining SBCF has been a life-changing experience for me. I've struggled to regain strength and mobility from a leg injury 25+ years ago. Jessie has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive with me. Thanks to his guidance the past 7 months and the camaraderie I've received from the SBCF community, my mental and physical strength has increased immensely. I highly recommend SBCF!
SBCF has such a welcoming atmosphere, and from the very first day, I knew this was the place for me! The community is incredible, and the coaches are always so supportive and helpful!
