My partner was not able to claim a medicare rebate because the psychologist was still in training. My partner was not given a choice of psychologist and was not informed that they couldn't claim a rebate until after the appointment was finished. Now my partner has to book another appointment with their doctor to get another referral to another psychology practice.

For a person who doesn't like to talk, I found switch psychology effective in getting me to open up to overcome my challenges. I would highly recommend Switch Psychology to anyone struggling in life that needs professional assistance in getting back on track.

I like my psychologist a lot, but the receptionist is really trying my patience. I advised on Thursday I couldn’t come to a session on Monday afternoon. But she is persistent about getting $100 from me because they don’t work Fridays, so I didn’t advise within 48 hours. It’s become like Fawlty Towers, because I sighted and signed the “cancellation policy”. It’s now a matter of principle for me. It was like being dragged into a scene from Utopia. I’m giving one star for the admin, not the psychologist.
