Great facility, awesome music! It is intense, but in a feel good after way!
I used to love taking Jeff Blue's class (HE is amazing) HOWEVER in light of recent news and events surrounding SWITCH Playground and its owner, I cannot in good faith recommend this studio/workout to anyone. DO checkout Jeff's training programs outside of Switch, but definitely do not waste your time or money with this institution.
Great energy during class! Studio was clean and there was hand sanitizer and wipes available for use before and after class.
Love this studio! Workout changes every 30 seconds so you never get bored and keep sweating!
