I’d give 10 stars if I could! If you are wanting to get out of timeshare then look no further!! Switch It Title is your answer! My husband and have been stuck with Vacation Village timeshare out of Florida for 13 years. I tried everything to get rid of it. I was also weary of hiring a timeshare exit company because of all the "scams" out there. This company is fantastic for families! The staff is warm and welcoming, making everyone feel at home. They offer great customer support, ensuring a fun and comfortable experience for all. Highly recommended! Ed, Sean, and his staff very helpful. Treated us very well in Houston Tx. I would definitely trust them to work with our family!

Completely unprofessional company. Rude employees. Honestly one of the worst experiences. First, we're on month 9 since signing all documentation. We won't even get the "bonuses" with our purchase because Switch It doesn't know how to handle anything or give accurate updates. Don't use this company. They're a scam and need to be shut down. We are currently looking into any and all legal means against them.
Be very careful with this company-if they make a mistake they will not own up to it. Not a good experience overall. BTW a company answering the phone and being polite is kind of the bare minimum so I am not sure why anyone would think that worth 5 stars lol.
