This company is fantastic for families! The staff is warm and welcoming, making everyone feel at home. They offer great customer support, ensuring a fun and comfortable experience for all. Completely unprofessional company. Rude employees. Honestly one of the worst experiences. First, we're on month 9 since signing all documentation. We won't even get the "bonuses" with our purchase because Switch It doesn't know how to handle anything or give accurate updates. Don't use this company. They're a scam and need to be shut down. We are currently looking into any and all legal means against them.
Be very careful with this company-if they make a mistake they will not own up to it. Not a good experience overall. BTW a company answering the phone and being polite is kind of the bare minimum so I am not sure why anyone would think that worth 5 stars lol.
