Very rude receptipnists. They didn't even look at me when I was standing in front of them, but continue chatting each other. I arrived on time, but they told me to wait for an hour since the doctor was having a break. Just came back home. Aweful experience.
I didn’t sign your disclosure form, so I can say what I want. This place is a complete JOKE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. They are the most un professional company on the planet. Mass layoffs, trying to get employees to sign non disclosure forms so no one goes to the media. They have no actual phone number they just call you on a private number. Unreliable, terrible service. Switch does not deserve the contract with Aeroplan to supply tests for travelers. I ordered tests in enough time to have them arrive for my family trip to the US, but paid to have them shipped quickly for peace of mind. Its 2 days before our trip and they have not arrived. Switch Health blames "logistical errors" and wont take any responsibility. They said I will have to take it up with Purolator, who says they have not received the package yet, even though i received a notice from switch yester... read more
