BEST experince ever for eye exam! Easy online appointment scheduling, friendly appointment reminders via text and email, DJ called to confirm and let me know ahead what my out of pocket would be and answered all of my questions. Upon arrival Andrea greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. She assisted me with the check in forms that are all on a pad and simple and did not take long at all. Never been to a place that thoroughly examines my eyes. I've always had issue with astigmatism and this is the first time the doctor actually further examines my eyes for astigmatism. Dr. Jeong through and through was phenomenal from examinations to education she made sure I was aware of what she has found and educated me on what I need to do to keep my eyes from getting worse. 10/10 recommend I will be back.
