The staff here is so friendly and Dr Mathew is the best. Highly recommend this place.
The doctor at this location has a strict policy that if you are even five minutes late, you have to reschedule your appointment. As a working mom with two young kids, scheduling an appointment for myself and making time to prioritize my own care is difficult enough. I understand the need to keep appointments running on schedule, but having absolutely no grace period for being five minutes late feels incredibly unreasonable. Unfortunately, this policy has lost me as a customer.
I had an emergency that needed to be taken care on a Friday afternoon. They worked me in and the service was outstanding.
