The hotel room was well presented and a good size. Finishes were a little worn but otherwise ok. Check in and check out were both very easy. The only downside of our stay was the daily clean. Our room weren't cleaned until around 4 pm in the afternoon, which interupted our plan fo the evenings.
Location is great but we had a horrible experience with our room. The duvet was filled with mould. See before and after they changed it. My wife and kids were both sick.
The room has everything you would need for a one-night stay in the city. A bathtub, which was extremely helpful, as I was suffering from back pain. The beds were comfortable. Having a smart TV with numerous options was great, and enjoying a wonderful breakfast in the morning was a treat. Fantastic!
Literally every aspect where the staff were involved was unnecessarily difficult. The bar staff are more pretentious than the guests and as a tradie staying here for work, we felt out of place despite the entire time despite having multiple rooms. There are lines for the lift as one is down. You would expect better.
