Hi everyone, This is Shayan resident in ERA(Maple Ridge). Unfortunately, this developer installed appliances with no Serial Number in our condo, fridge and hood fan needs to be repaired and nobody solve our problem because there is no Serial Number. Also, there is 4 EV charging station in parking area, doesn't work since a year ago, we started to complain about Swissreal developer in BC Housing.
