This company needs to get it together. This is by far my most dreaded pickup of the week. For over a year now, there is ALMOST ALWAYS a problem. Recently it has been that there simply isn't any warehouse staff for the first hour (or longer) of operation, so six drivers will be stuck waiting with no information, ruining our day by the minute. The lady at the desk is INCREDIBLY unhelpful. The most minor question or concern is met with extreme attitude. She could not care less. Getting anyone on the phone is also basically impo... read more
