Update: While Swiss Village continues to provide excellent care to our mom, I do not recommend the facility if the family members who are stakeholders in the patient’s health live far away. We live far away and I have found communication with the nurses to be very difficult on a daily basis. As long as you live close enough to be present on site to discuss care, it’s a great option. Update: While Swiss Village continues to provide excellent care to our mom, I do not recommend the facility if the family members who are stakeholders in the patient’s health live far away. Voicemail boxes are full, I can’t reach nurse practitioner/physician directly, i’ve received an accurate information between nurses.
