I have lived at this property, 4577 Olentangy River Road, for 9 1/2 years now. This property has had 4 management companies in the last two years, Swiss Property Management being the last one and current one. Swiss Property Management has exceeded all of the prior three management companies by far with what they’ve done to improve the numerous problems this 54-year-old building has. They were incredibly helpful in finding me a suitable rental property, and they handled maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I have two rentals under their management and look forward to working with them again!
