Would highly recommend Swiss - they have a local operator feel and really know what they are talking about. I think because they are investors themselves which is refreshing. They also are one of the few property management companies I’ve worked with that seems to use common sense when managing properties. They’ve pushed me at times, but I think sometimes that’s what you need and it’s actually made me trust them more because they have conviction in what they are doing. Thanks for all your help guy!
