Doughnuts were good
We only have gone there for their cookies. My son and I have cookie day Friday and we are there every Friday getting a cookie. The staff is introverted they greet you but it feels more of a transactional interaction rather than them making an effort to foster a conversation. But anyways my son is pleased with his cookies they always have creative designs! We’ve taken some in bulk for his daycare friends and they all love them!
The plain apple pie is the best, not too sweet, just right.
Donuts were good, but service was not good. Walked in to be serviced by a woman with an attitude. Couldn’t even take a look at the donuts for 30 secs until we were asked if we wanted anything or were just looking, which was asked in a Rude way !!
This is a review for your Machesney park Store... mostly for the owners to see. Today I Showed up the day before thanksgiving... with wife and children, had almost no doughnuts available. Left to come back Friday when they open at 6. Came back Friday, There was now a sign on the door that wasnt there Weds. that said they would open at 7. So I had to wait for an hour, with my family in the car for doughnuts. The drive there and back wouldn't have justified leaving.
