I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team. They are technically proficient, good communicators and extremely honest and straightforward. They worked with me on a difficult problem and stayed with it until it was solved. I really don't know why anyone would go to a dealership service operation over these guys unless you like putting your $$ in a shredder.
