I rarely ever leave review but Lisa is amazing ! I came in for a tour and I loved the apartment but Lisa was the cherry on top! So helpful and such a great environment 😊
CAREFUL OF A SCAM BEING PERPETUATED HERE! They will get you to pay admin fees to apply, then an application fee, then they will say you don’t qualify and keep funds. Either they say you "earn to little", or that they are income restricted and you "earn too much". Don’t give them the $ first, it’s a scam you have no legal power.
Very cool Apartments with views of the water. Units are large and somehow have wet bars- has parking as well.
Love the location and the office manager Lisa Barringer is extremely helpful and attentive to any/all issues.
