I have been a loyal customer of Swiss Farms for years as I love the diet ice. I had horrible customer service at the Township Line location which included the manager Dan. Pints of diet ice tea have been and are advertised for 2 for 2.22, however in order to get that price you need to ring individually. Each time I go to purchase some cashiers will do that as they know that is how you get the price and some will not and I am charged more. I have been overcharged numerous times. I just drove thru here at the Havertown location and was mortified at what I saw. There were 4 or five emloyees all in a small room twice the size of a walk in closet standing 1-2 feet apart. Not sure if the manager thinks COVID is a joke but the irresponsible actions of this store represent a liability to the entire community.
Love Swiss Farms! Their diet iced tea is the best! My fav is the chicken salad w/cranberry! Also the coupons in the clipper paper! Thank you Swiss Farms!
