This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrendous. We placed an order last November ($460) for different gifts for our families for Christmas. I spent an hour and a half with the representative giving her the different addresses, and everything was guaranteed to arrive by December 18, 2024. After being a customer of Swiss colony for over 40 years, the last few experiences I have had have been horrific. Received packaging 10 days and when I received it, it was warm and this is cheese and sausage so I had to throw it away however they did credit me part of the order But once again dealing with shipping from Swiss colony, FedEx was supposed to deliver yesterday.
