I've been a loyal Swiss Colony customer for several years now, usually for my Christmas shopping. It seems like every year I end up inevitably purchasing their "Perks" membership resulting in an unexpected monthly charge. I then have to contact my credit card company to dispute or hold a long time to discuss with a SC rep. Got the most wonderful Christmas gift from my neighbor. Just the right size and just the right contents: CHOCOLATE! Securely wrapped and packaged, the cute little tin in which they were nestled ( which I will keep of couse) had instructions to refrigerate for short term. Freeze for longer. Strawberry bon bons and petit fours are my favorites. Will definitely be snacking on the cheese and sausage this weekend. We loved this place, but the last two years in a row, we ordered from here and the order was never delivered. When we called to complain, they blamed it on UPS. As much as we will miss the petite fours, we will never order from here again.
