After being a customer of Swiss colony for over 40 years, the last few experiences I have had have been horrific. Received packaging 10 days and when I received it, it was warm and this is cheese and sausage so I had to throw it away however they did credit me part of the order But once again dealing with shipping from Swiss colony, FedEx was supposed to deliver yesterday. Got a gift box for Christmas from my relatives. It was a cheese and ham set. I tried one of the cheese and hands and honestly not to bad, I liked the fact the sausage wasn't overly salty. But one thing that really SURPRISED me was the fact that in the box ONE of the main ham was missing?! Did whoever was packing it get hungry and way a ham for lunch? 3 out of 4 items shipped went to other states and lost free item because not available. Plus 1 out of 4 item was not available was told the are going to give my money back and never offered anything else and basically said oh well you gave 3 people free items. Never ever again ill I order from Swiss Colony.
