Outstanding experience with the Swiss Air team today! Had a holiday weekend heater failure at our cabin located in the greater Concan (very rural) area. Left a voice mail with Swiss around 9:15am. Received a call back within 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes after that, I received a call from the tech. I can honestly tell you that I had an amazing experience with this company. I live 5 hours away from our home in Utopia and the AC went out on our guests on a Saturday morning. I called all my regular contacts and none of them responded. But Swiss Air had an after hours answering machine and I got a call back within 30 minutes. The tech Andrew was there within the hours.
