I can honestly tell you that I had an amazing experience with this company. I live 5 hours away from our home in Utopia and the AC went out on our guests on a Saturday morning. I called all my regular contacts and none of them responded. But Swiss Air had an after hours answering machine and I got a call back within 30 minutes. The tech Andrew was there within the hours. France came out in a very remote area charged my a/c and identified a leak in my evaporative coil and ordered me another one and came back and installed the new one. Great professionalism and Great service and reasonable prices. Did not disappoint. Thanks France and crew.
