Walter needs to go. He is nasty to customers and I don’t know who he was talking to on the phone today ( I can only assume it was a customer by what was being said). If they don’t get rid of him soon it will be only a matter of time before the company goes under up here in Williston. I won’t be going back for sure and hopefully everyone else sees and goes elsewhere to. Swish doesn’t care about there customers. There are many aspects to a business which make it fun to visit. Anna, is always positive being ready and willing to help. The service department is knowledgeable and can turn around some simple repairs within 24 hours which makes it's so much easier to run my business. Because of these two things it's a joy to walk into Swish for the services I need.
