We've been super happy with our Swish house. They were very responsive to every little concern. I would recommend them.
I am the neighbor of two Swish developments. I had a great fence that went along the South side and back of my yard. Swish took down the South side of my fence which they had permission to do so, however the did not have permission to dispose of my fence. Swish had instruction to stack and store panels behind my garage. When I ask about where my fence was they said they had thrown it out because it was not salvageable. Although we have not used them as a builder, we live next door to one of their builds. We allowed them to use our property to access their build and after they dismantled our perfectly fine fence they threw it out (to which we have the text where they admitted to tossing it) when they were to stack and leave it. They also chewed up and damaged our yard in the process. They offered us a solution which we were fine with, but they never came through.
