Would give zero stars if possible. Booked an appointment for two haircuts and apparently the person on the phone booked for the wrong date. Not sure what happened but and they did absolutely nothing to try and remedy the situation. Disorganized, terrible communication, unprofessional. Looked at the reviews and found many people with similar issues to regarding booking with Dan. My brother was charged twice for his haircut, which was very disappointing. The issue occurred while being served by Dame, whose behavior was unprofessional and came across as rude. Based on this experience, we would not consider returning.
