I had a problem with not receiving the parts I order. FedEx tracking show delivered, but I never received the package. I contacted Swisco and spoke with Rep.(Rhiannon), she was courteous and focus on what needed to be done. Instead of focusing on the FedEx error, she focus on expeditously resolving the problem. I got the parts 2 days later. Kudos to Rhiannon and Swisco!
I had been trying to find the right vent latches for my new windows and stumbled upon Swisco’s website. I located and ordered the latches hoping that they would fit my windows. Upon receipt, I discovered that they were not only perfect but were of better quality than the ones that originally came with my windows.
