We had a relatively new floor refinished (we were unhappy with the original finish- Rubio Monocoat, which offered little protection from dirt and scratches). Dale made samples for us of a number of finishes so that we could get an idea of what our options were. We ended up using a finish he recommended and we couldn't be happier. We had a very damaged hardwood floor in the kitchen - yes, the kitchen, so much wear and tear! And Dale made it look just gorgeous. His was not the lowest bid we got, but we had a good feeling and you get what you pay for. Prompt and organized, good communication, explained every step and helped us make decisions about what kind of finish, etc. Just a very pleasant experience all around, and now the floor is wonderful.

If you need your hardwood floors looking like new again, you need to see Dale. Our bedroom floors from the 1930s were blackened and dull from years of use, and dirt and grime. He sanded and refinished the floors with a satin sheen that made them look like new. He did an incredible job and we could not be happier. He is incredibly meticulous and will do repairs along the way which even satisfied my obsessive compulsive attention to detail.
