Had an appointment at 4 p.m. was barely greeted when I walked in. Then was asked if had an appointment by someone who may or may not work there, and was pointed to a room. I asked if I should go in there and was not really given an answer. So I went in and sat down. After about 5 minutes the tech asked if i was there for a pedicurel and pointed me to the colors and a menu of scents. I arrived 20 minutes early and was fine waiting until my appointment time. Hair color/cut and facial with Jess was amazing! Highly recommend. She makes sure you know every step what she is going to do, making sure you are okay & feel comfortable! Very sweet! Facial left me feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Much needed. ☺️
Showed stylist an image of myself with a haircut and got an uneven cut which wasn't near what I asked for.
