Absolutely awful. We switched implementation reps due to lack of follow through. The 2nd was super nice but just couldn't deliver. Their team consistently overpromised and underdelivered. Standard answer seemed to be "Yes, we can do that" but the reality was, no, they can't. They are not able to handle multiple locations per employee, overnight shifts, pay differentials, etc. Both the app and the desktop version are unnecessarily cumbersome. The initial training and implementation person was great! the rep assigned later was and is horrible. he is hard to get a hold of and instead of answering questions, he takes nearly 10 days just to continue redirecting me to the FAQ page, which still doesn't answer questions about the actual product or access to certain modules.
Great support and fabulous products for my small business. Highly recommend !
