My car wasn’t cleaned completely or thoroughly. There were still spots all over the dash that were never touched along with several other areas and my driver seat was torn more than when I dropped it off. I originally needed it cleaned due to antifreeze spilling in the passenger floorboard which I explained after the heater core malfunctioned. Mold has since surfaced because the vehicle wasn’t cleaned properly and fluids weren’t thoroughly removed. My floor mats were left off the surface for quite a while after this.
