Amazing customer service ! Walked into the Nashville Home Show this Saturday and took the display model. They did exactly what the said they would do. Delivered and set up on Monday !! My grandson loves it !! Thank you
We'd been gifted with a Rainbow set that needed some refurbishing so after emailing with Anthony, I decided to visit the store. It was terrific to see the play sets in person and actually see/ feel the quality of the products. They helped assess our needs and understood that we would like to stay within a certain price range. He and his wife were patient and thorough as they answered all of my questions. Their customer service was outstanding.
Awesome experience. We are in year 3 of having ours. Very durable and safe. We had some bad weather in the area at one time and the wind had move the set of its bases. I called and received service the same week. They came out and put it back where it was supposed to be. So thankful for their hard work and care for each customer individually.
Super helpful and knowledgeable. The shopping, purchasing and installation all went smoothly. Our family has already had such special times hanging outside and playing together. I can tell so many special memories will be made with our Rainbow play system.
Anthony and his staff are good, honest people. We had a playset moved from our old house to our new one. During this process, we discovered that, although we had performed routine maintenance, we had pieces that needed replaced. Anthony was very helpful as he guided us throughout this process and all pieces were covered under Rainbow's lifetime warranty.
