I had a very good experience with both Greg and Christie. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my pool and jacuzzi needs from materials and installation of our in ground pool to the chemicals needed to maintain both. Last summer, I needed a repair due to a weather damaged piece of equipment, and their crew was out the following day and took care of it immediately for me. Greg was horrible, had wrong phone number & address, never showed up, gave him another chance and he showed up with no info. Promised install/price info within a few days, it never came, I wouldn't let him install a blow up pool in my backyard.
Never returned my call after talking about some prices. Doesn't seem to be a legit business.
I tried to give them my business. Had a task that they were going to take care of with my pool. Never heard back. Called again, was told they would call back. Never did. Tried them one last time. Same story. Loss for them. I will have no need to purchase any chemicals or anything from them. Another local pool store quoted me just over $12,000 for an automatic cover for my pool.
