I found out about neurofeedback via my therapist and have been pleased with the results. The best way to describe it is like going to the gym for your brain. Dr Jackson said I would likely be able to access even more of my brain after the sessions, so I was game to at least try it. I haven a client on and off for over 10 years. Menopause and virtual working has been disruptive. The tools, treatments combined with other healthy practices works. Dr Mari speaks with candor, clarity and without judgement. That clarity is critical to change. She is a great researcher, counsellor and advocate for alternative brain health. The staff is kind, informative and efficient. I believe in the science and I like it doesn’t involve medication. Thank you tons.
Useless and doesn't work
I am an adult with ADD or ADHD. Years ago, I bought the cassette of the sound to make a person concentrate. I listened to it when I was cleaning. I couldn’t believe how quickly I completed everything.
great place if you want to stare at a screen for an hour before talking to a "therapist" who just tears you down, making you feel even worse than before you go in👍
