I love this shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful, selection is great.

There was an error made in the perscription on my grandmothers glasses. They were so wonderful about rectifying the situation. They’ve gained a few more family members because of the great service!
I attended Swing Optical, and met with the owner for training for contact lenses. He overheard me speaking with my daughter about anxiety and panic attacks. He shared his personal experience with me about anxiety, and offered suggestions on how to combat panic attacks. There were a lot of similarities to his experience as mine. I’ve been to Swing Optical numerous times, and each time I’ve been seen to in a timely manner, and the service has been excellent. They make you feel welcome, comfortable, safe, and assist you with all your needs. I would definitely recommend Swing optical for people of all ages, and especially for those nervous or unsure about checking out a new clinic. The workers are incredibly kind and personable. Overall, a very well ran company that instills you with assurance and trust in those who work there.
