We absolutely love our play set. It is ten years old and still looks brand new. The workmanship is top quality and it was well worth the money spent. My children are teens now and they still go out to swing every now and then. This set will last well into my grandparent years.
We are so impressed with the customer service! We had a problem with our swing set after 9 years and they stood by their product and within a month went above and beyond to fix the issue. Installers are excellent and professional also. It is rare to find this type of customer service these days.

We purchased our swing set a two years ago, it was damaged and missing pieces when it was delivered We are STILL waiting for the company to make this right, as there is supposedly a warranty on this thing, we’ve called, text and messaged both our local rep and the company direct and are incredibly disappointed in the quality of customer service.
I would like to Thank Swing Kingdom and Penn Dutch Structures (Mark Glick) My grandchildren lost their swingset in a flood. We needed a replacement and Penn Dutch along with Swing Kingdom were able to get us a new one quickly. They delivered and set up and the crew was experienced and very professional.
