Knowledgeable and caring
Susan handled my Dad's estate very poorly! She is very unorganized and does not execute tasks in a timely manner! We hired Susan on 11/8/21 and still aren't finished with probate as of 3/10/23. His estate only needed 1 item filed in probate. Very disappointing considering she executed my Dad's trust. Susan is unprofessional and unreliable! Update: It is 5/15/23 and we are still not finished with probate due to Susan not submitting documents correctly and on time. We have been assessed court fines because of her.
